Has my order been dispatched?

We will send the product to you in about 2 days after you placed the order and then it will depend on the post service, but you can track it by mail using the track code.

Can you give me more information about the sneakers?

We have three lines: 

- Sneakers customized with some cartoon characters (MOOSE CHARACTERS);

_ Sneakers sent with pens/inks to you to paint by yourself (MOOSE MAKE YOURSELF);

- Sneakers made with the draft sent by yourself (MOONE).

Can I track my order ?

 

Yes, you can track your stuff on the post service website. We will send you a code to track your order on the website.

Problems with my delivery?
